We&#8217;ll check whether you meet the requirements for a free divorce. During this meeting, we&#8217;ll discuss all the topics included in a divorce settlement. The same applies to the parenting plan. Our lawyer will draft the legal documents. You can provide feedback on them. Only a lawyer is permitted to do this in the Netherlands. Our organization has affiliated lawyers who will file the petition. This is a petition for divorce, dissolution of a registered partnership, or legal separation. The judge will grant the divorce and approve your agreements in their ruling.
