We are a non-profit organization. Our family law attorneys and mediators specialize in divorces. To qualify for this free divorce procedure, you must meet the income and asset test. If you are both eligible for subsidized legal aid, we will handle the divorce completely free of charge. The Samen Gratis Scheiden Foundation is unique in the Netherlands in this respect. If one of you does not meet the requirements, we will still offer a competitive rate.
