Who is behind Foundation for free divorce
Experienced MfN mediators and vFAS family law lawyers work for our foundation. They are all registered with the Legal Aid Board and specialize in divorces. Are you getting divorced? You will then be assigned your own lawyer/mediator who will be your contact person during the process. All our employees draw up legally sound divorce agreements and parenting plans.
Divorce online or offline
At Samen Gratis Divorce we offer you the option to divorce completely online. In that case, our conversations take place via a video connection. You will then speak to our mediator from your own familiar environment. This is an ideal option if the travel time to a nearby office is too long.
